Once your order is received, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your design details, wording, colours, and layout preferences. You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before printing.
How long does the process take?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the design and proofing stage, plus a further week for production. We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before your wedding date to avoid stress.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes, you’ll have the chance to review and approve a proof before anything goes to print. We won’t print until you confirm you’re happy.
Do you offer matching designs?
Yes. We can match fonts, colours, and layouts across your welcome signs, seating plans, and other stationery to keep your theme consistent.
Can I hire an easel or display frame?
Yes, easel hire is available for local customers. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
Do you deliver outside Suffolk?
Yes. We deliver UK-wide using trusted couriers. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
When should I order?
Don’t leave it too late. We suggest ordering your signs at least one month before your wedding to allow enough time for design and production.
